This version fixes several bugs and adds some new features

• Fixed a bug where a change to the Outlook category of a task would not be synched to Toodledo
• Fixed a bug where the application would keep an instance of Outlook.EXE open at all times
• Fixed a bug where the application would need to be restarted if it could not initialize the connection to Outlook on the first try
• Fixed a bug where the application would need to be restarted if it could not authenticate with Toodledo on the first try
• Fixed a bug where changes to Account settings would not take effect immediately
• Improved the detection and error reporting for authentication issues
• Changed the 'tdfolder' user property to show the ID rather than the name of the Toodledo folder a task is synched to
• Enhanced operation of the 'tdcontext' user property in Outlook. This field will now allow you to set and adjust the name of the Toodledo context a task should be synched to. The value of this field must exactly match the name of the context.
• Enhanced the synchronization to include the Toodledo 'length' field. This field is synched to the 'Total Work' field in Outlook
• Changed authentication token refresh time to 4 hours to match Toodledo API recommendations

This version contains some api efficiency improvements and improves stability for users with large numbers of Outlook tasks

• Added local caching of Folders and Contexts to support more efficient API use
• Changed partial sync logic to use account info to determine if further API calls are required
• Added version stamping to app id to track upgrade usage
• Fixed bug where open outlook tasks would about the whole sync
• Fixed bug where tasks would not get added to new Outlook categories correctly
• Increased minimum automatic sync time to 50 to reduce server load
• Added additional trace output to Outlook proxy initialisation
• Reduced max number of tasks that can be sent per sync to 50 to avoid abending during initial sync due to api cap

This version contains some major bug fixes and should not trigger the Toodledo API lockout

• Added update rate limiting (1 update per 20 secs) to avoid triggering the Toodledo API lock out
• Added maximum upload cap per sync to reduce Toodledo server load
• Added rate limiting to manual sync to reduce Toodleod server load
• Removed the getTasks call after each Toodledo upload to reduce Toodledo server load
• Increased minimum automatic sync time to 10 minutes to reduce server load
• Added failure recovery code so that an error with a single tasks will not abort the entire sync run
• Fixed bug where all dates for for retrieving deleted and modified tasks were being clamped to AM
• Reduced size of truncated long notes to 2048 bytes to fix map URL length error
• Added getServerInfo support to allow calculation of time difference between local and server timezones
• Added start date and importance to Outlook task hash to detect changes to these fields
• Added tdfolder user property to created Outlook tasks
• Fixed bug where due date was not being cleared in Toodledo when cleared in Outlook

• The 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' issue that some people were experiencing at startup
• Additional safe guards have been added to prevent errors with the client from flooding the Toodledo servers
